What an honor this past weekend it was to join Grammy Award-winning artist Eileen Ivers and Immigrant Soul on stage at the Cary Arts Center for their finale!!!  They were absolutely awe-inspiring on stage and what a great group of folks they are.  Check out pictures from the concert on this website and at www.bluecountry.com.  I also got to have dinner with the band and talk with Eillen and Tommy McDonnell (of the original Blues Brothers).  Big thanks to Bud Moffett for making this wonderful evening happen !!!

I am returning to the S&H Studios this month to begin work on a new CD packed with some of my favorite secular tunes. I'd like to thank everyone who came out to the Paramount Theatre this past weekend.  What a great night !  Special thanks to all our volunteers, the Showcase Band, Tina Seldin, Jon Shearin, Erica Jones, Chris Raynor, and the tech crew. Sherry D. Brewer, you are the BEST stage manager in the business.  We couldn't have done it without you.  And an extra special thank you goes out to all the kids (and their parents) who participated in our children's choir.  You were absolutely AWESOME !

Can't wait to see all my friends this weekend at the concert in Goldsboro at the Paramount Theatre.  Everything and everybody involved is set "on go" for an evening of great music.  The Showcase Band has never sounded better !  Mel and Crissy, thanks for all your hard work.  And a special thank you to our special needs kids choir for singing on the program.
